Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative : Marine Equipment
Inside Sales/ Customer Service Representative needed for a leading Marine Catalogue business in the New Bedford area. We are looking for an individual who is personable, patient, and understands customer expectations.
This role involves:
Taking orders via email, fax, and telephone.
Problem solving, and sourcing information from product managers and vendors.
Assists customers with orders, applications, and troubleshooting/general questions.
Technical support.
Ensuring a smooth flow of information back to the customer.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in the marine industry or knowledge of boats in general is helpful.
Strong communication, organizational and computer skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
