Responsibilities for the Operations Team Leader
Responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce in day-to-day problem solving and troubleshooting efforts
Interacting with all levels of management on a wide range of business issues
Requirements for the Operations Team Leader
Associate degree in a technical field preferred
Minimum of 2 years supervising an hourly workforce in a union environment
Manufacturing or industrial experience is required. Metals industry is a big plus
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, good communication and organizational skills
Schedules may require working overtime and weekends to complete special projects
Candidates should have expereince using computer systems such as MS Office
