Our Shirt Production team members are responsible for the preparation of our made to order shirts.
You will be part of a team that handles all shirt orders from start to finish in the production process.
We will train on site! Our ideal candidate is a responsible, reliable, organized, detail oriented individual with an enjoyment for consistent, repetitive tasks.
We will need you to assist in stocking shirts and pressing designs with our heat presses.
The goal is to get orders out to our customers quickly, accurately, and to our quality standards.
Skillset and Responsibilities Required Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts High attention to detail and keen eye Ability to follow directions Basic computer / technology knowledge and familiarity Enjoyment of repetition work Teamwork mentality with the ability to work individually Responsibilities Working with our inventory system to stock shirts on shelves Layout designs evenly and accurately on shirts Press designs onto shirts using our heat press and guidelines Work collaboratively with the production team to produce the output of orders Ensure accuracy of orders with shirt sizing, colors, styles, and designs Stay highly organized and keep a clean work station Work within our company and quality guidelines Skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Meticulous in taking pride in your work Keen eye for details and accuracy Ability to work independently with a teamwork mindset Dependable and responsible personality Organized and process driven in a high volume fast paced environment Communication skills Ability to work methodically Qualifications Experience in an indoor warehouse setting Understanding of workflows Focus on efficiency and ensuring it in your work A genuine personality willing to help where it is needed NOTE:
