The ideal candidate will have clerical experience, be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the office- Direct patients to the appropriate person and office- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Order entry and clerical work- Proofreading documents for accuracy- Act as a personal assistant to the office/billing manager-
Experience:
- Medical office experience preferred- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
