Looking for a Maintenance career in the real estate industry? Claremont Companies is hiring an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician in New Bedford! This position is Monday-Friday 8:
00AM-4:
30PM (on call rotation and snow removal required) located at our Hidden Brook Apartments location.
Headquartered at Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development, and asset management firm.
Responsibilities:
Daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all property tools required by Claremont and its affiliated companies for Service Technician.
Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.

years of experience in Maintenance Field Must have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards.
Candidate must flexible and be able to work rotating on-call schedule and overtime and weekends if necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
