Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing correspondence and organizing documents - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality - Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide excellent patient service -Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
