JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
Serve as point person for duties including:
mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, purchasing, etc.
Coordinate office meetings, appointments, and travel Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs Organize office operations and procedures Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors Provide general support to visitors Manage office budget and ensure accurate inventory Coordinate with centers on inventory and delivering of supplies Maintain and distribute center registration packets Plan in-house or off-site activities, like professional development days and company events Distribute LPC informational flyers and marketing materials to centers Assist with Procare administrative duties Input employee professional development into PQR Tracking and budgeting of LPC field trips, fundraising and CPR/First-Aid classes Requirements:
Requirements:
Office management experience Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
