Provides backup to maintain departments financial accounts and records in general.

Provides backup to prepare department payroll; maintains records and other payroll liabilities.
7.
Processes department accounts.
8.
Verifies the accuracy of all financial and payroll records.
9.
Maintains filing system.
10.
Performs related duties as assigned.
