Electrical Wholesalers of New England is looking for a branch manager to fill positions in the following possible locations; Fall River, MA, New Bedford, MA, Plymouth, MA, Stoughton, MA, Worcester, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME, Fitchburg, MA, Marlboro, MADuties to Include:
Set and achieve branch financial goals Provide a Best in class work environment for employees and customers Promote stated goals Coach, mentor, hire, and train branch staff Strive for high market share Work with Senior Management to achieve strategic advantage Skills Required:
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the Electrical Wholesale industry Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field Strong leadership and motivational skills Good communication skills Excellent knowledge of operational procedures++
