- Provide assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual.
- Help with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with the individual.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
- Accompany the individual to appointments or outings as needed.
- Assist with range of motion, and physical therapy schedule Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Empathy and understanding towards the unique needs of each individual.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds Note:
