We are searching for an RN Resource Nurse for the Emergency Dept.
to perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non- clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc.
Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.
Provide clinical and leadership direction for assigned personnel and activity on various hospital nursing unit.

Our trauma center is the first of its kind in the region.
Our RNs have access to new technologies, professional development resources, and an engaged leadership team.
We partner with pediatricians from Boston Children's Hospital to provide specialized care in the emergency room and pediatric unit.

30pm with weekend & holiday rotationsEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.
e.
Emergency Medicine, Acute Care, is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
