Responsibilities:
The Receptionist is responsible for serving as first impression specialist for Front Desk, greeting visitors, vendors and answering main phone line.
Performs clerical duties as assigned, such as charge entry, admissions paperwork, filing, and copying.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Current, valid, and active driver's license preferred.
One (1) year previous receptionist experience preferred.
Multi-line phone system experience, data system experience and healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to project a professional image.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
