Summary:
Good physical and mental health with no limitations or restrictions.
Finger and hand dexterity to handle, operate, utilize and manipulate instruments and equipment including but not limited to power tools, shovels, snow blower, chemicals etc.
Possess visual and auditory acuity, Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull maintenance and housekeeping equipment at a minimum of fifty (50) lbs.
including but not limited to a lawn mower, snow removal, gardening equipment, etc.
Must be able to push and pull carts at a minimum of fifty (50) lbs.
and continuously walk, sit and stand.
Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist and reach above shoulder height as task dictate, including climbing and balancing on a ladder and lifting heavy equipment and materials.
Must use good body mechanics.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Ability to follow written and oral direction.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required TRAINING AND
Experience:
One to two years in plant operations and maintenance is necessary.
Any advanced training or two to five years' experience in construction trade is desirable.
Active and valid driver's license required.
Clean motor vehicle record.
