Duties include, but are not limited to, daily trash removal, general maintenance repairs, cleaning, painting and turning over apartments, plumbing, minor electrical, and snow removal.
On-call responsibilities will be required.
The ideal individual should have experience and skills in building maintenance, but we will train the right person.
Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents and be able to work independently.
